Hello Sixth Graders!

Welcome to Sixth Grade Social Studies! This year you will be studying ancient civilizations. Sometimes you will have to leave comments on this blog to respond to a topic we have discussed in class. Just remember that everyone in your class will see your post, so keep it positive, and stick to the topic. You can get started by posting a comment about Social Studies today!

  28. I think this blog is an amazing idea. It is wonderful how Khala Kim came up with an idea that connects social studies and modern day technology such as social media. Thank you, Khala Kim for putting back the "social" in social studies. I am very grateful! ~Ayesha

  41. P.S I just trolled at least 30 ''TRICK O' TREATERS'' like crazy! I used the method that I came up came up with.

Step 1:Post a note on your front door that says the following:Boo! Halloween is SO RACIST AND IF YOU SO CALLED TRICK O' TREATERS DO NOT GIVE ANY CANDY, THEN I'M GONNA SKIN YOU ALIVE! GO ON OPEN THE FRONT DOOR, 'CAUSE' I GOT A KNIFE IN MY HAND! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!!!!!!

Step 2: Wait for them to open the front door. Make sure that you've got a knife in your hand and that you're sharpening it.

Step 3: The minute that the Trick O' Treaters open your front door, wave the knife in thier face and threaten to harm them with the knife.

Step 4:If the Trick O' Treaters give you candy then let them go but tell them that you will track them down if they call the cops.

Step 5: If they don't give you candy then egg them or throw food at them but DO NOT HARM THE Trick O' Treaters with the knife.

Step 5: If this method works then put your ''collected candy'' in a bag or somewhere safe.

Step 6: Make sure that NO TRICK O' TREATERS ARE WATCHING!Only family members can watch!

Step 7: Give some candy to your family.

Step 8: Enjoy stuffing your face with the rest of the remaining candy!!!!!!!!!!

  44. Does anybody here approximateley know how much time the Sixth Grade Social Studies Finals take?Or maybe how long it takes for a student in general?

    ReplyDelete
  45. it depends on how easy or hard it is for you which depends on how much you studied.

    ReplyDelete
  46. The finals should take about one hour and forty five minutes, if you are doing a very thorough job of answering the questions--especially the essay portion. Read all the questions carefully. For multiple choice, carefully eliminate answer choices that you are sure not correct.
